Global digital agency, Possible Worldwide, under the WPP umbrella, is set to acquire a majority stake in Conrad Caine, a full service digital agency headquartered in Munich. Founded in 1998, the outfit provides digital strategy, user experience, asset creation, and campaigns as part of its client services.

Its stable of offerings includes also customer relationship management. The company employs 140 people across its main office in Germany as well as other offices in Pelotas, Brazil and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Its revenues as at 31 December 2014 were approximately €8.5 million while gross assets around €3.6 million as at the same date.

The group has set a target of 40 to 45 percent of revenue to be derived from digital in the next five years. WPP companies in Germany generate revenues of approximately US$1.3 billion and employ around 7,000 people. It is WPP’s fourth largest market after the United States, United Kingdom, and China.
