Revealed by the NEOM Board of Directors, Zardun manifests the seamless integration of contemporary luxury and nature. As the newest addition to a series of coastal assets, it exemplifies the ongoing development unfolding across the NEOM region.

Gazing upon the glistening waters of the Gulf of Aqaba, Zardun stands as a nature-inspired resort featuring four exceptionally luxurious signature buildings that seamlessly blend with the natural surroundings. Intending to redefine luxury within an environmental framework, Zardun aspires to provide the utmost premium ecotourism experience for discerning guests.

Combining four square kilometres, Zardun will emerge as a meticulously restored sanctuary teeming with indigenous flora and fauna.

Descending from the mountains to the shoreline, visitors will encounter its awe-inspiring beauty upon arrival at the cutting-edge experience centre. This facility features a 360-degree observation deck, offering a panoramic view of the surroundings.

On top of that, Zardun is set to feature three distinct and opulent boutique hotels, collectively providing 100 rooms and suites. Each of these accommodations is crafted with a vision for a more sustainable future within the newly restored environment.

Apart from that, Zardun will offer a variety of sports activities, including trekking, mountain biking, and rock climbing, as well as leisure pursuits, such as stargazing, meditation, and yoga.

In addition, guests will have the opportunity to participate in educational and field programs focused on nature protection, conservation, and re-wilding.

Zardun’s sustainability strategy consists of all aspects of environmental stewardship, including creating a series of oases to support diverse habitats. These life-giving water sources will empower the re-introduction and nurturing of native animals, tree and plant species.

Along its coast, it will foster a thriving ecosystem, including preserving coral reefs and other marine life in the Gulf of Aqaba. This effort underscores NEOM’s continuing commitment to environmental preservation.

As NEOM’s most recent addition, Zardun joins the lineup of sustainable tourism destinations within the Gulf of Aqaba. Alongside Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, and Aquellum developments, all these assets share NEOM’s dedication to sustainable progress.
