Its database and online tools help pharmaceutical brands identify and engage key opinion leaders across a broad range of medical fields
Global healthcare marketing and communications network, Sudler & Hennessey, has newly acquired a majority stake in healthcare engagement company, System Analytic. Founded in 2007, the latter has under its wing a London-based team of approximately 20 employees.
The outfit’s database and online tools enable pharmaceutical brands to identify, map, and engage key opinion leaders across a broad range of medical fields. Its clients include Boehringer Ingelheim, Novartis, and Roche. Unaudited revenues for the year ended 5 April 2015 were £2.1 million, with gross assets totalling £1 million.
The takeover continues WPP’s strategy of developing its services in fast growing sectors and markets; Sudler & Hennessey is part its Branding & Identity, Healthcare, and Specialist Communications group. The companies under the group generate revenues in the amount of $6 billion and employ more than 70,000 people worldwide.
