It has signed on as sponsor for the European Handball Federation’s upcoming Men’s European Championship scheduled for January 2016
Global money transfer and payment services behemoth, MoneyGram, has signed on as an official sponsor for the European Handball Federation’s upcoming Men’s European Championship which is scheduled to be held in Poland from 15-31 January 2016.

MoneyGram is poised to receive strong brand positioning during the games. The brand also plans on creating a European Handball Championship magazine which will be distributed at MoneyGram agent branches across Poland to provide fans with information about the tournament, players, and locations of the games.
Also, at selected games fans will enjoy attractions provided by customised promotional booths. The tournament will take place in Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, and Gdansk. Forty-eight matches between 16 national teams will be played over a two-week period.

The audience for handball in Europe continues to increase each year. The Men’s EHF EURO 2016 will be broadcast in 150 countries and territories and is expected to reach millions of TV viewers around the globe.
