The U.S. based denim brand grows e-commerce base across the regions of Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America due to popular demand

American denim maker, Madewell, is slated to expand its international distribution from three to more than 100 countries worldwide. From 17 September onwards 2015, the brand’s offerings will be available to customers throughout Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America for the first time.

Its key product ranges feature leather jackets, boots, tees and totes. The line is known for styles with a touch of tomboy like its signature Transport Tote and High Riser Skinny Jeans. Since opening its first store in 2006, Madewell has gained attention for its unique style perspective, approachable designs, and noteworthy customer service.

With its headquarters in New York City and a denim studio in Los Angeles, the apparel brand is committed to offering clothes consumers can wear every day which highlight its trademark cool and artful fashion sense. Madewell is personified by the many artists, musicians, and influencers it has collaborated with such as Alexa Chung (co-designer of Alexa Chung for Madewell) and past campaign celebrities including Solange Knowles, Caroline de Maigret, and Dree Hemingway.

J.Crew Group is the creator of the Madewell franchise.  By the end of 2015, Madewell will have over 100 retail locations United States. The brand will lead its international growth with e-commerce, allowing customers exclusive access to its entire collection around the clock.
