Working under the umbrella of PDS, the Poeticgem Group has announced the acquisition of brand intellectual property (IP) of womenswear and occasion-wear brand Little Mistress.
Poeticgem Group inherits the trait of offering innovative fashion solutions. Hence, the diverse platform is home to international clients like Asda, Next, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Primark.
Expanding its brand portfolio and physical and digital presence, PDS Limited, a global end-to-end sourcing platform, will be a mediator in providing customised offerings.
Founded in 2010, Little Mistress is a notable fashion house. From dressing celebrities to successful collaborations, the brand has always stood out from the crowd.
Settled within London, the retail brand offers exotic collections. It serves picture-perfect bridesmaid dresses, wedding apparel, and event dresses with hand embellishment over luxurious fabrics.
Poeticgem Group Brings Exceptional and Unique Fashion Experience to Little Mistress
Under its terms, the Poeticgem Group will endorse the occupation of other brands working under the umbrella of Little Mistress. Following its ‘going forward’ policy, Poeticgem will handle the designing, sourcing, and distribution of the newly acquired brand’s portfolio on all global platforms.
Further, the Chief Executive and Founder of Little Mistress, Mark Ashton, will continue all responsibilities with a new trading name, Moda & Beyond, within the working premises of Poeticgem.
Anuj Banaik, Managing Director of Poeticgem Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Mark Ashton and his team as they join the Poeticgem family. Also, we are thrilled to embrace Mark and his team as they embark on this thrilling journey with us. This aligns seamlessly with our overarching vision for the brand’s business, which revolves around providing exceptional and unique fashion experiences to our valued clientele.”
Ashton, who will assume Executive Director within the Poeticgem Group, expressed his excitement regarding the new collaboration. According to Ashton, the UK-based fashion hub will have an advantage with the sound finance support of Poeticgem Group.
As a leading high-street fashion retailer, Little Mistress has a rich history of successful collaborations. Among them, the most renowned and recently curated one is the Vogue Williams x Little Mistress x Sainsbury’s collection.
Thus, this new venture will help in expanding Little Mistress’s portfolio. Together, PDS and Poeticgem Group will devise a robust framework that aligns seamlessly with the brand’s vision.
