Crafted in collaboration with master perfumers from the renowned International Flavors and Fragrance (IFF), this innovative line is supported by insights from neuroscience.
Next, the six new fragrances are infused with emotion-enhancing molecules and meticulously crafted to evoke a spectrum of feelings encompassing love, happiness, sensuality, serenity, vitality, and confidence. In her statement regarding the fragrance collection, Charlotte Tilbury expressed, “From dreams to science to ingredients to each beautiful bottle, you are stepping into the future of fragrance. This marks a remarkable olfactive revolution within the beauty industry.”

In fact, through the meticulous utilisation, processing, and analysis of over five billion data points collected from the consumers, each scent was crafted to understand how thousands of fragrance notes influence individuals and contribute to our emotional experiences.
In addition, the data points were input into IFF’s exclusive algorithm, the ‘IFF ScentCube’, enabling the identification of a spectrum of emotions that could be addressed through strategic scent combinations or fragrance accords.
Following the data analysis, the ‘IFF ScentCube’ generated a precise palette of fragrance compositions and ingredients, specifically curated to elicit targeted emotions. Tilbury collaborated closely with IFF’s master perfumers, employing a blend of naturally derived fragrance oils, synthetic raw materials, and accords. Together, they crafted a fusion of “Magic Fragrance Notes,” which encapsulate Tilbury’s conceptualisation of each emotion, meticulously decoded and distilled by the perfumers.

Trial research revealed that the six fragrances, ‘Magic Energy,’ featuring refreshing top notes of revitalising bergamot oil and grounding myrtle oil, elicited the most significant response. An impressive 98% of participants in a weeklong trial reported that it effectively boosted and enhanced their energy levels.
Additionally, among the other highly responsive scents was the aquatic floral fragrance ‘Calm Bliss,’ characterised by fresh bergamot oil, sweet neroli oil, lavandin oil, orange flower absolute, warm tonka bean accord, and pure white musks.
This blend induced a sense of calmness in 93% of wearers. Additionally, the warm floral aroma of ‘Joyphoria,’ featuring neroli oil, coconut water accord, and petitgrain oil, elevated feelings of happiness in 91% of its test audience.
Therefore, Anne Flipo, the master perfumer at IFF, remarked, “Charlotte had a crystal-clear vision for each emotional realm, and together, we realized her vision. It was all about forging emotional bonds and crafting fragrances to intensify sensations – infused with a hint of magic.”

Hence, every fragrance incorporates numbers derived from numerology, its unique historical symbols, and a corresponding colour that symbolises the emotion it evokes. For instance, ‘Love Frequency’ is represented by pink and features a sacred heart symbol, ‘More Sex’ is characterised by ruby red with seductive lips imagery, and ‘Magic Energy’ is embodied by an emerald green hue with a star embossed design.
