Marc Jacobs Beauty is scheduled to soon launch its 2019 campaign in Russia, starring Irina Shayk as the newest face of the fashion brand.

Marc Jacobs Beauty has unveiled Irina Shayk as its newest face. A dedicated campaign and animation execution debuts at Sephora Russia on 14 January. The freshly appointed ambassador will make a personal appearance in Moscow on the 26th of the same month.

The upcoming push will reveal the first official campaign image featuring the fashion talent and model. Captured by David Sims, creative direction was by Katie Grand. The campaign makeup was done by Diane Kendal, and hair by Guido Palau. Nails were by Jin Soon Choi.

Shayk joins a lineup of women that includes Jessica Lange, Edie Campbell, Winona Ryder, Aya Jones, and Kaia Gerber. Others are models such as Adwoa Aboah and Lila Moss. Said list comprises those who have been Marc Jacobs spokespersons in the past or still are now.

“When we entered Russia earlier in the year, we wanted someone who inherently matched the strength and beauty of the region. Irina was a natural choice. We are thrilled to add her to the cast of women that has represented us,” said Tara Loftis, VP of Marketing at Kendo.
