Andreas Ohlbach brings over 20 years of experience across sectors to True advertising agency

Award-winning creative B2B advertising agency True has appointed a Client Services Director from global industry heavyweight BBH.

Andreas Ohlbach is strengthening the ranks at True – the London agency of the world’s largest independent B2B agency network BBN – as it continues in its mission to ‘Make It Memorable’ for its clients.

The move is indicative of current industry trends that have seen an increase in career moves from larger to growing agencies, according to recruitment experts. Professionals ascending the ladder are attracted to more agile and expanding agencies for the strength of their employer brand, nurturing ethos, the scope of work and potential to shine.

Ohlbach has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing between his native Germany and London, having worked on long term brand planning, direct and digital marketing for clients including Fiat Group, Suzuki, Sky and Virgin Mobile across every channel and touchpoint.

Experienced in meeting ambitious growth targets and integrated marketing, his move to True marks an ascension to agency leadership. True prides itself on breaking the barriers between B2B and B2C and recently scooped the coveted Creative B2B Agency of the Year accolade alongside three other category wins at the US-based ANA Business Marketing NYC Global Ace Awards.
