Baker Lambert and Joshua Hirsch have been appointed to the roles of Global Data Director and Global Technology Director respectively

TBWA Worldwide has made two new senior appointments, naming Baker Lambert and Joshua Hirsch to the roles of Global Data Director and Global Technology Director respectively. Both will work closely together and report to President of Digital Arts Network and Global Director of Innovation, Luke Eid.

The move supports the firm’s aim to further integrate data and technology into its network offering. Lambert has served with TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles for almost four years. In his most recent post as Director of Data Strategy, a core responsibility of his was to ensure that data remains an integral part of the creative process.

He has led the strategy for clients such as Nissan, AirBnB, Miller Lite, and more recently, Netflix and Twitter. Outside of network, the data expert has successfully led his own start-ups in the eSports space as well as spent time as a financial analyst on Wall Street.

Meanwhile, Hirsch spent the majority of his career at Big Spaceship in Brooklyn, where he built the technology practice from the ground up and worked major client accounts including HBO, Wrigley (skittles.com), and Lucasfilm (starwars.com). Also, he was named one of the top 10 technologists in the industry by Adweek.

“We are continuing to evolve our operations to incorporate data and technology into our creative process and proprietary Disruption operating model. Our evolution is impossible without the right leaders to spearhead these changes, and I have complete confidence in Baker and Josh to get us there,” said Eid.
