Stubborn Soda has partnered with The Walking Dead’s Robert Kirkman and Skybound Entertainment to launch the brand’s campaign.

Stubborn Soda, a new line under PepsiCo, has launched across the United States. Available in five flavour combinations, the marque has partnered with The Walking Dead creator and executive producer, Robert Kirkman, and Skybound Entertainment to bring the product’s campaign to life.

An eclectic mix of crafted sodas, the aforementioned brand runs on the tagline: It’s Good to Be Stubborn. The collection has premiered with multiple offerings to include Black Cherry with Tarragon, Orange Hibiscus, Agave Vanilla Cream Soda, Classic Root Beer, and Lemon Berry Acai.

Each 12-ounce glass bottle contains 90 to 100 calories and is made from certified cane sugar and natural essences, minus the inclusion of high fructose corn syrup and artificial sweeteners or dyes. Home to the American market, the soda line is now available at major retailers nationwide.

Later in the year, the brand will feature Kirkman and Skybound Entertainment’s creators in a content series profiling how said individuals brought their passions to life and were willing to disrupt convention in order to achieve better results. The videos will live on the brand’s social channels.

“Stubborn Soda is the next generation of carbonated soft drinks. We gave it that name because we don’t compromise on our ingredients, flavours or the way the product is experienced,” said Megan Gagnon, Director of Marketing at Stubborn Soda.
