Rémy Martin has launched the latest installation of its Circle of Centaurs mentorship programme with actress, singer, and photographer, Jackie Cruz. The tie-up is an extension of the brand’s One Life/Live campaign which celebrates people and their talents.
The initiative is a new addition to the aforementioned series for 2016. Run by the cognac juggernaut, the platform offers the opportunity to be mentored by someone who has demonstrated an ability to go the distance in exploring his or her various skilled passions.
Recognising that many aren’t defined by one discipline, the programme inspires the pursuit of dreams. Cruz is to serve as a mentor in singing. Through an online competition, fans can submit a 30- to 60-second video of an original song showcasing their vocal skills.
One lucky winner will be mentored by the artiste and receive a cash prize to help further his or her musical interests. Exclusive to the United States, the contest will run from 17 August to 23 September. Entrants can participate via Instagram and Facebook using the hashtag #circleofcentaursjackie.
