MWWPR Hires Gordon to Lead Research and Insights

She will oversee thought leadership, audience, and category trend analysis, insights and agency-wide measurement

MWWPR has welcomed Michelle Gordon to the global independent firm as Senior Vice President, Research and Insights. She brings to the agency more than 18 years of experience in research, public relations, and media across a broad spectrum of consumer segments and brand categories.

She has been charged with overseeing thought leadership, audience, and category trend analysis, insights and agency-wide measurement. She joins the network from Horizon Media, where she was Vice President, Director of Consumer Insights, where she led insight generation and strategic planning for entertainment accounts.

Key clients included The History Channel, Lifetime, and A&E. Prior to her tenure with said company, she led insights and strategy at Catalyst, focusing on accounts such as SUBWAY, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Courtyard by Marriott as well as new business initiatives.

Gordon previously also served as Consumer Insights Director at MediaCom, Research Director at Cosmopolitan, and worked at GlaxoSmithKline. In her new capacity at the public relations firm, she will report to Alissa Blate, EVP, Global Brand Marketing and Communications.
