The new Luxury Collection getaway boasts 303 guestrooms, six suites, a presidential suite, and views of the Yuelu Mountain and Meixi Lake.

The Luxury Collection, under Marriott International, has opened The Meixi Lake Hotel in Hunan. The property is part of the group’s expanding portfolio in China, which currently includes the Astor brand in Tianjin, Twelve in Hengshan, and The Royal Begonia Resort in Sanya, to name a few.

An exclusive destination, the place blends 3,000 years of history with urban culture and commerce. Nestled between an idyllic backdrop and the city’s business and entertainment district, the 52-storey tower is situated next to The Mall of Splendors, which is Changsha’s newest retail hub.

The Luxury Collection getaway has 303 guestrooms, six suites, and a presidential suite. Guests can enjoy views of the Yuelu Mountain and Meixi Lake, alongside amenities like a heated swimming pool, spa, and 33,000 square feet of event space that overlooks the aforementioned waterfront.

Patrons can make their culinary choices based on the offerings of a lobby lounge, bar offering cocktails and teas, destination tea house, farm-to-table eatery using fresh ingredients around local specialities, steakhouse and wine cellar with late-night live music, and an all-day dining restaurant.

“Boasting a portfolio of over 100 hotels worldwide, the marque offers global explorers the chance to experience some of the most inspiring destinations while enjoying exceptional service and inimitable style,” said Meredith Dichter, Global Brand Director of The Luxury Collection.
