The $250 million transformation of Hyatt Regency Sydney includes a new 25-storey tower, alongside more than 200 additional guestrooms.

Hyatt Regency has returned to Sydney with the debut ofΒ a new property. Supported by its thirty-year Australian presence, the launch is an opportunity for the hospitality brand to build on its Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) leadership in Asia Pacific.

The destination is set to become dynamic location for guests to relax, meet, engage, and recharge. Situated in the city’s central business district adjacent to Darling Harbour, it offers an ideal setting for both business and leisure travellers as well as meeting and events.

The $250 million transformation of Hyatt Regency Sydney includes a new 25-storey tower and the introduction of 222 additional guestrooms. The largest in the country, the 892-room hotel boasts an all-day dining restaurant and an open-air bar set to debut in December.

Meanwhile, the spot features more than 37,100 square feet of meeting spaces to include two ballrooms with a seating capacity of over a thousand guests. The vacation spot is positioned to become the preferred choice for conference organisers both locally as well as globally.
