Having begun his WPP career with JWT in 1988, agency veteran and leader, Kelly Clark, has been elevated to Global CEO of GroupM.
GroupM, the media investment group of WPP, has appointed Kelly Clark (pictured) as Global CEO. He most recently served as the agency’s CEO in North America from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, he functioned in the role of Maxus Worldwide CEO between 2008 and 2012.
He operated as GroupM CEO for Europe from 2005 to 2008, and earlier, held lead roles with Mindshare in the UK and Asia Pacific. He began his WPP career at JWT New York in 1988. Meanwhile, Dominic Proctor has stepped down as Global President, but will work on strategic projects.
