Running from 1 October to 15 December, the new campaign seeks to elevate the Okura Nikko guest experience around distinctive hospitality.

Okura Nikko Hotels has launched a campaign to encourage members of its loyalty programme, One Harmony, to frequent the restaurants and bars at 75 of its hotels worldwide. Running from 1 October to 15 December, the exercise aims to elevate the guest experience around distinctive hospitality.

The platform works to reward members who spend $240 and above (or the local currency equivalent) on a single receipt at any of its restaurants and bars across the group hotels, Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International, and Hotel JAL City, by entering their names into a grand draw.

Based on the aforementioned promotional initiative, fifty couples will be either awarded a complimentary two-night stay at The Kahala Hotel & Resort, Palau Royal Resort or Hotel Nikko Guam or a one-night stay at The Shilla Jeju, JAL Private Resort Okuma or Hotel Nikko Alivila/Yomitan Resort.

In addition to the above, members who earn a total of 600 points or more during the promotion period will be entitled to a bonus of up to 2,000 points, depending on their membership status. For further information on the push, all interested parties can visit the campaign’s dedicated website.

The restaurant business is a mainstay of Okura Nikko Hotels. The company operates multiple restaurants, including Yamazato and teppanyaki Sazanka at Okura Hotels & Resorts as well as Benkay, teppanyaki Icho, and Chinese restaurant, Toh-Lee, at Nikko Hotels International.

Three years into its operation, One Harmony’s membership recently passed the one million mark. Since merging two of its loyalty programmes via Okura Club International and MyJAL Hotels, guests can earn points through Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International, and Hotel JAL City.
