Grey has acquired Sensio, a digital agency in France whose services include design, technology, consulting, and customer acquisition.

Marketing communications network, Grey, has acquired Sensio, a France-based full service digital agency specialised in consulting, design, technology, and customer acquisition. Founded in 1998, the outfit employs around 75 people and is headquartered in Paris.

Clients of the business include Groupe PSA, AXA, E.Leclerc, Futuroscope, Häagen Dazs, and Nexity. Sensio revenues were approximately €7.7 million (£6.89 million) for the year ended 31 December 2016, with gross assets of about €5.7 million (£5.1 million).

Due to the UK’s referendum decision to leave the EU, WPP is placing greater emphasis on growth in Western Continental Europe, which includes Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. The takeover continues its investment in fast growth markets and important sectors.
