BBDO Worldwide, a division of Omnicom, has completed the takeover of Wednesday Agency Group, an advertising agency focused on fashion and luxury lifestyle. With over 100 people in offices across London and New York, the acquired brand operates on a culture of passion for industry and clients.

The creative shop delivers integrated campaigns, content strategy, production, and digital design and branding for a wide array of blue-chip brands. Heralded by British GQ as two of the most influential men in fashion, co-founders Jens Grede and Erik Torstensson (pictured) will continue leadership of the firm.

Together with Chief Executive Officer Glenn Jones and President Ian Schatzberg, the duo is positioned to oversee operations and remain at the helm of the business. Wednesday will operate as a stand-alone agency brand within the BBDO Worldwide Group.
