Consulting firm Vitalief has announced the launch of its learning and development programme – Vitalief Academy. As research and clinical trial specialists, Vitalief Academy recognises and meets the growing demands for professionals to support this industry and its undertakings.

Vitalief Academy first began as an internal initiative for Vitalief employees, providing upskilling and development opportunities. Eventually, the company realised the demand for other organisations to develop their employees, hence, the expansion of Vitalief Academy to clients.

The programme is a one-stop shop for competency enrichment and a targeted learning and development (L&D) curriculum. Conducted by learning and development experts, Vitalief Academy provides customised solutions for their clients’ growth and success.

Typically, a thorough analysis is organised for the client to identify gaps and areas for improvement. With that information, Vitalief Academy develops learning strategies, curriculum mapping, and design thinking for a cohesive learning experience.

Impressive technology is integrated into its content to make learning more impactful and engaging. These include the 3D Immersive Healthcare System, the LXP Healthcare Journey, Predictive Analytics, and AI-Drive Learning paths.

Moreover, Vitalief Academy manages the end-to-end processes of clients’ onboarding, training, and professional development. These can range from program design and delivery to progress milestones and more.

Vitalief Academy’s operations arm will be led by the newly-appointed Vice President of Learning and Development, John Royer. As a leader in its field, Vitalief Academy aims to help client organisations improve their working knowledge and specific skills.
