Love Hearts, the famous sweets by Swizzels have partnered with Love Island for its fifth season.
The iconic sweets will feature phrases and words made infamous by the popular ITV show. Although there have been updates to the phrases on the iconic sweets, this will be the first time they will be changed for a campaign.
The sweets will be distributed at train stations across the UK with words and phrases like ‘hun’ and ‘crack on’ featured.
Marketing Manager for Swizzels, Sarah-Louise Heslop, said: “Love Island is focused on finding love with someone special, as are our Love Hearts, so it’s the perfect partnership.”
“Partnering with Swizzels and their iconic Love Hearts sweets by adding our own distinctive Love Island phrases, was simply too good an opportunity to turn down,” said Paul Ridsdale, director of viewer marketing at ITV.
