In a statement, the luxury department store announced that the own-brand collections would emphasise the retailer’s core principles. Many products will honour iconic elements of Harrods’ heritage and creativity, incorporating thoughtful details like the Harrods logo and architectural features of the Knightsbridge store.

Furthermore, the new collections boast suppliers, materials, and artisans renowned for their work with the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.

Michael Ward, managing director of Harrods, stated, “The Harrods brand is synonymous with ultimate luxury, and our own-brand offerings must embody this same level of excellence. From premium teas to everyday essentials like our iconic bags, every Harrods product should meet the exacting standards we set for all our brands.”

“Every aspect of these new collections has been meticulously crafted with a focus on luxury, from the selection of premium materials to innovative design. Harrods Emphasises Luxury Credentials and Sustainable Sourcing in Relaunched Own-Brand Collections

The luxury department is launching its new luxury stationery and accessories collection in-store and online this month. The range features a vibrant, playful design aesthetic, incorporating the iconic logo and H motifs in various shapes and sizes. Perfect for gifting, this collection adds a burst of colour to the Harrods brand.

As autumn approaches, the store will launch a new collection encompassing cashmere, nightwear, and wardrobe staples. The season will also mark the debut of the store’s Christmas offerings, including gifts, decorations, and festive food.

The luxury department store will also create a dedicated space for its own-brand collection on the lower ground floor.

The British retailer also prioritises sustainability in the new Harrods lines, making sustainable sourcing a central aspect of designing, developing, and manufacturing the latest products.

Harrods has introduced a new Responsible Sourcing Standards initiative to make all its in-house brand products fully sustainable by 2030.

The move is part of Harrods’ grand 175th anniversary campaign, which kicked off in March with a dramatic BurberryKnight Blue’ transformation of its famous Knightsbridge store.

The British retailer is set to make 2024 a year to remember with exclusive product launches, exciting collaborations, and unforgettable customer experiences. As part of the celebrations, luxury fashion houses, including Burberry, Bulgari, Valentino, and Charlotte Tilbury, will reinterpret the beloved Harrods bear.
