Authorities have vandalized HFPA due to racism, corruption, and other severe allegations. Now officially Dick Clark Productions (DCP) and asset management company Eldridge own the Golden Globes authoritative rights.
However, the owners have stated no significant date for the dissolution. Nor the status of HFPA employees has been revealed.
Due to a lack of diversity among members and ethical considerations, the authorities are winding down the entire setup. However, DCP and Eldridge come up with positive sentiments.
