Miura Golf has welcomed on board Mexican golfer, Abraham Ancer, as its first brand ambassador. He will represent the label worldwide.

Miura Golf has introduced Abraham Ancer as the first PGA Tour ambassador in the history of the brand. In line with the partnership, he has partnered with two entrepreneurs to form Dead Solid Perfect Golf, which will be the official distributor of the above brand in Mexico.

Both the company and Mexican golfer have kicked off their new alliance as the PGA Tour arrives in his home country for the WGC-Mexico Championship. Said tournament has just begun and runs until 24 February. The event is taking place at Club de Golf Chapultepec.

As spokesperson of the marque, he will collaborate directly with the Miura family in Himeji, Japan to craft custom-designed forged irons. Also, he will don its trademarked hat at tour events. Based in Monclova, DSP Golf Mexico has a fitting studio and club assembly facility.

“Abraham is the perfect partner to expand our presence. As one of the most successful Mexican golfers, his investment is the strongest endorsement as we increase our business operations in Mexico and other global markets,” said Hoyt McGarity, President of Miura Golf.
