PureHealth, the Middle East’s healthcare group announced the company has completed its strategic acquisition of Circle Health Group.
The acquisition of Circle Health Group, the UK’s largest independent hospital operator marks a momentous milestone as it advances its expansion strategy in 2024.
The completion indicates the company’s exceptional operational capabilities and commitment to international growth. Furthermore, it also strengthens the company’s commitment to becoming a leading global player in healthcare.
Valued at USD 1.2 billion before debt, this acquisition marks a significant investment in the future of healthcare. Moreover, it positions PureHealth at the forefront of international healthcare innovation and service provision. It is the company’s second international acquisition after previously investing in Ardent Health USA.
