A fresh senior hire, April Scott has been appointed by Ketchum to lead its digital consulting and content execution duties for North America.

Ketchum has welcomed April Scott as its Managing Director of Digital, Social and Analytics Integration for North America. She has been tasked with enhancing the firm’s existing suite of digital and social tools and elevating content execution and digital consulting capabilities.

Under her lead, clients can see a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Branded as StoryWorks, the division will afford audience listening, channel management, community management, influencer relations, content, earned media and analytics as well as paid amplification.

“April is well-known for her expertise in leading client engagements across global markets, energising teams, and building offerings that fuel business growth. I am thrilled that she is bringing that experience to our clients,” said Barri Rafferty, President and CEO of Ketchum.

Scott was most recently EVP and MD of Ogilvy’s digital group, and serviced accounts like British Airways, United Nations, UPS, Showtime, IBM, and Pfizer. Said stint follows her time at DigitalLBi in Europe where she served as Directeur Conseil and led Nissan’s motor remit.
