Y&R Guangzhou won the business on account of its business brilliant capacity for brand integration and planning and excellent expression.

WPP-owned Y&R Guangzhou has been appointed the creative agency of record for China Southern Airlines. The airline’s reason for picking the firm for the account is due to its brilliant capacity for brand integration and planning as well as excellent expression in creativity.

According to an official release, the aviation company operates the largest fleet, utilises the most developed route network in China, and has the largest passenger capacity of any airline in Asia. The new business acquisition follows two recent award wins by said agency.

The aforementioned creative network was named The Top Ten Ad Agency in Guangzhou, while its Chief Executive Officer, Michael Xia (pictured), received recognition as ‘Outstanding Ad Man in Guangzhou’.

“We are very excited to be CSAIR’s creative AOR. The joint effort of CSAIR and Y&R Guangzhou in 2012 was a success. We hope to bring about new creative ideas this coming year; we are confident that we can make brilliant achievements with CSAIR,” said Xia.
