Each of the new experiences was built on top of hybris solutions and delivers innovative customer-led user experiences

Razorfish, a network aimed at helping global brands drive business transformation through customer obsession while part of the Publicis.Sapient platform, has launched four new commerce experiences leading into the holidays for blue-chip clients in North America within the span of three weeks.

The agency has seen a three-fold increase in 2015 of clients seeking its services in ubiquitous commerce as brands look for partners able to help them re-invent and digitise commerce and retail channels to drive more revenue and efficiencies.

“Anytime a major commerce site goes live, it is a significant achievement that represents the culmination of first-class business readiness and platform implementation complexities that surpass those of any other front-office technology,” said Richard Hearn, Commerce President of Razorfish.

“Achieving three go lives in under two weeks, as we’ve done here, is a testament to our talented commerce experts, our proven methodology, and approach to leading clients through strategic planning, business transformation prioritisation, and platform implementations with a turnkey offering focused on the needs of their customers.”

Two are business-to-business sites that enable the brands to deliver new eCommerce capabilities and ubiquitous commerce experiences across multiple channels. The others are business-to-consumer sites delivering experience-driven commerce capabilities for world-leaders in retail and telecom respectively.
