Christian Pulisic’s memorabilia, including game-worn and game-used items, will now be available exclusively through Panini Authentic.
Sports and entertainment collectibles company and FIFA World Cup licensee, Panini America, has signed an autograph and memorabilia agreement with Christian Pulisic, the first soccer athlete to represent the group and its memorabilia arm, Panini Authentic, on an exclusive basis.
While the 18-year-old’s first trading cards arrived earlier this year, his autographed memorabilia has just launched on the latter’s website. He was just 17 and playing for Borussia Dortmund last April when he became the youngest player in German Bundesliga history to score two goals.
He turns 19 in September. Less than two weeks ago, he helped his club hoist the DFB Cup. As he prepares to lead the U.S. Soccer Men’s National Team into a pivotal World Cup qualifier against Trinidad and Tobago on Thursday, he will do so as the new face of the brand’s soccer business.
“Christian is an amazing talent. His performances in the Champions League and Bundesliga Germany have been nothing short of remarkable. For his fans and for us, these next few World Cup qualifiers can’t get here fast enough,” said Mark Warsop, CEO of Panini America.
