Optimedia has been appointed agency of record by Covington-based golf ball and equipment provider in Georgia, Bridgestone Golf, to handle its media strategy, planning, and buying with immediate effect. The firm was awarded the business as the result of a successful five-year partnership with Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations.

During the said period, the network represented Bridgestone and Firestone brands, extending support through the BSRO Retail division of the business, representing Firestone Complete Auto Care Centres, Tires Plus, and Hibdon Tires. The account will be managed out of Dallas, while broadcast and digital buying out of New York.
