The new platform is set on helping trade and professional membership associations achieve their communications goals and more

Ogilvy Public Relations has newly debuted Association Works, a speciality service focused on helping trade and professional membership associations achieve their reputation management, marketing, and member communications goals.

Leveraging the full depth and breadth of the Ogilvy & Mather network, Association Works brings best-in-class public relations, marketing, advertising, and digital advocacy with a unique emphasis on creativity and effectiveness.

The approach helps associations build a credible value proposition, create memorable stories and content, map influence and key stakeholders as well as employ creative, direct, indirect, and digital platforms to carry the message. Operating across the agency’s North American network, the group will focus on member communications, issues and crisis management, association branding, and category marketing.

“The Ogilvy team understood the unique challenges many associations face,” said Michelle S. Lehman, Executive Vice President of Marketing National Association of Broadcasters.

“They ensured our stakeholders felt like part of the process without getting bogged down, and delivered a top-notch final product that exceeded our expectations. Sometimes managing a firm is work, and that was not the case with Ogilvy – they made it easy and kept our project moving ahead on time and on budget.”
