UK-based serviced office provider, Office Space in Town, has completed a pair of new boutique properties—20 St Dunstan’s Hill, Monument and 10 Brick Street, Mayfair—with both locations positioned as two of London’s most exclusive and sought-after addresses.
The buildings are the latest addition to the city’s booming serviced office market, an arena which has seen a 67 percent increase in central London floor space since 2004. The aforementioned industrial spots were developed in collaboration with Sam Kopsch Studio, with Peldon Rose responsible for office design and build project.
Drawing inspiration from the style of Mayfair, 10 Brick Street features a 1920s Great Gatsby vibe. Complete with an Art Deco staircase and glass atrium, it incorporates a reception area with bold geometric stripes, bespoke offices, conference rooms, and break-out spaces to cater for businesses between 5 and 15 people.
Meanwhile, 20 St Dunstan’s Hill was designed in consultation with luxury yacht brand, Sunseeker, to offer a nautical interior complete with a 10-metre boat-shaped reception desk, suspended propellers, and boat hulls. The building incorporates maritime designs whilst facilitating a new style of working.
The latter also provides a beauty treatment room, serviced bedrooms, and a rooftop terrace café and bar with views of the Shard and Tower Bridge. The working hub allows companies the size of four to 60 employees to benefit from the facility’s custom-designed offerings.
Marked by popularity of demand, both buildings already house a number of tenants comprised of boutique fragrance developers, a family-run confectionary group about a century-old, recruitment specialists as well as leaders from United Kingdom’s finance sector.
After extensive refurbishment, each is supported by top-notch reception, back office function, and the latest technology to include a failover fibre line for internet and phone services. The areas are well-served by tube and bus links within a few minutes’ walk, offering a quick connection to London’s Gatwick and City airports.
“With the London serviced office market continuing to experience strong levels of demand, we are still actively pursuing opportunities to acquire and lease buildings in the Capital to expand our existing portfolio,” said Giles Fuchs, Co-founder and CEO of Office Space in Town.
