The effort marks a cross from on-screen to real-life to offer consumers apparel, accessories, and jewellery inspired by the show

Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and partnering digital commerce technology company, Delivery Agent, has launched its official Empire commerce experience and a holiday shopping spree sweepstakes, crossing from on-screen to real-life to bring consumers apparel, accessories, and jewellery inspired by the programme.

In line with the effort, the Fox Shop portal offers fans fashion and accoutrements targeting all demographics. Shoppers now have online retail access to Empire-patterned jersey dresses, varsity jackets, and casual vests as well as soon to be rolled-out home goods suited to both men and women.

All products available for purchase are seen on and draw from the series which surrounds the glamour-driven world of hip-hop and R&B music. Celebrating the debut and Black Friday, consumers are being granted access to exclusive products at limited-time pricing along with free shipping.

Set to continually offer the show’s aficionados new styles and gift ideas in conjunction with the upcoming festive season, the dedicated retail website will automatically connect fans to the programme even after the fall finale concludes on 2 December 2015.

“We extend the global phenomenon of Empire through a shopping experience accessible across the platforms fans use to engage with the show—from Twitter to YouTube to television through the ShopTV t-commerce app,” said Peter Leeb, VP, Global Brand Management & Strategy of Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products.

Having taken audiences by storm in its record-setting first season, the show has returned as the top series on broadcast television, averaging 22.9 million viewers across multiple platforms whilst being the most tweeted-about scripted programme on broadcast television on Twitter in its present season.
