There’s nothing ordinary about Nothing’s latest collaboration with the Swedish house music act, Swedish House Mafia. Building up hype for the upcoming Nothing Phone (2), the new Glyph Sound Pack allows users to personalise and remix existing tones to create a custom sound.
The customisable Glyph Sound Pack was composed exclusively by Swedish House Mafia and will be part of the new Glyph Composer. With the composer, users tap on pads on the screen to unleash different combinations of light and sound. The end product is a one-of-a-kind Glyph ringtone and lighting effects.

Users can look forward to the Swedish House Mafia Glyph Sound Pack on the soon-to-be-released Nothing Phone (2). Nevertheless, existing owners won’t be left out. The Glyph Sound Pack will also be available on the Nothing Phone (1), most likely as a feature with Nothing OS 2.0.
Nothing Phone (2) Details
The highly-anticipated Nothing Phone (2) specifications will be revealed on 11th July. Carl Pei, CEO of Nothing, has teased a new transparent USB-C charging cable rumoured to be part of the release.
Beyond that, the company has confirmed that the Nothing Phone (2) will run on Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and bear a 6.67” AMOLED display. The phone also has a 4,700mAh battery and will receive three years of OS updates and four years of security patches.
The phone has also been redesigned to be more eco-friendly, reducing its carbon footprint by at least 53.45kg. Other sustainable statistics of the Nothing Phone (2) include:
- A fully recycled aluminium mid-frame
- A fully recycled copper foil for the main circuit board
- 90% recycled steel for 28 stamping parts
- 80% of sustainably-sourced plastic parts
- Circuit boards featuring fully recycled tin
According to its Twitter thread, the Nothing Phone (2) will be packaged plastic-free. The packaging is made from over 60% of recycled fibres certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
Its cutting-edge design, flagship-level performance, and reasonable price have intrigued prospective buyers. Along with the new Glyph Sound Pack, it might just seal the deal and turn non-believers into buyers. Pre-orders for the Nothing Phone (2) commence on 29th July.
