Ketchum Brazil has named former Wunderman lead, Caio Bamberg, its chief executive officer. He takes the reins from CEO, Valeria Perito.

Ketchum has announced the appointment of Caio Bamberg as Chief Executive Officer for Brazil. In his new capacity, he will guide the strategic direction of the agency as a digitally-focused communications firm. He will focus on growing its business to meet clients needs

He succeeds CEO Valeria Perito and COO Rosana Monteiro, who both transition to advisory roles at Ketchum. With over two decades of agency experience, he has served brands such as IBM, Dell, General Motors, ESPN, Renault, Audi, Telefonica Vivo, Santander, and Google.

Perito and Monteiro started Estratégia 32 years ago, which became Ketchum Brazil in 2014. They have shaped numerous multinational brands. Under their leadership, the business has evolved into a leading healthcare, consumer, and integrated digital marketing network.

Bamberg enters from Wunderman, where he most recently was COO. His digital expertise spans an entire career, from his beginnings as an Ogilvy & Mather back-end technical coder, digital planner, and UX specialist to founding creative shop, Urban Summer Digital Creative.
