Kellogg’s has partnered with Padma Lakshmi, who will host a baking challenge to find a new ‘must-make’ cereal-themed holiday dessert.

Kellogg’s has teamed up with cookbook author, Padma Lakshmi, to host a cereal-centric baking competition and find the next ‘must-make’ holiday dessert. The culinary expert will host the brand’s Holiday Baking Challenge at its NYC Café and judge desserts by four finalists.

Bakers must use one or more of its cereals as a key ingredient in their dish. The contest happens on 12 December 2018. The NYC Café will be turned into a bake shop to inspire. Lakshmi will taste each dessert before announcing the winner.

“People love to play with cereal and explore new ways to create with it. What better way to celebrate than by using cereal in your holiday baking,” said Aleta Chase, Marketing Director at Kellogg’s. The recipe of the winner will be featured at NYC Café and online.

Kellogg’s is global winner of the 2018-2019 World Branding Awards under the Cereals category.
