Junior Achievement USA has created a campaign in collaboration with Publicis Hawkeye to celebrate 100 years of shaping young people.

Junior Achievement is celebrating its centennial this year. In line with the milestone, the brand has launched a campaign titled 100% Ready. Created by Publicis Hawkeye, the push features television commercials which centre around kids as they prepare for their future.

A poignant take on the importance of life skills, it sheds light on the programmes delivered by Junior Achievement through its vast network of volunteers. In the United States alone, the organisation reached approximately five million students from Grade K to Grade 12.

Over the past century, JA has gone from operating primarily in north-eastern United States and teaching teens how to start a business to shaping more than 10 million children in 100 countries through entrepreneurship, career readiness, and financial literacy programmes.

“We celebrate what’s come before and look toward the future as we work to inspire young people to succeed in our ever-changing world. Engaging volunteers through this campaign is crucial to the effort,” said Jack Kosakowski, President and CEO, Junior Achievement USA.
