TBWA has added to its leadership in New York with the hire of Amie Miller and Chris Rowson to spearhead talent and design respectively.

TBWA\Chiat\Day has beefed up its leadership with two new senior hires for New York. Amie Miller (pictured) has come on board as Chief Talent Officer, while Chris Rowson steps in as Head of Design and Group Creative Director.

Miller will handle the recruitment and retention of top industry talent. The appointment will see her take charge of fostering and furthering the creative environment within the network. Formerly of MDC, she helped partner agencies attract and retain key senior and executive talent.

Meanwhile, Rowson will lead the design team and advance its capabilities and maker culture across all projects. Prior to TBWA, he served with Ogilvy New York as CD and Head of Design. He joined from Ogilvy Paris; he was brought in to help build what became a standout design team.

“Amie is one of the best leaders of talent and human resources with experience at agency and holding company level. Chris is flat-out one of the best designers with an unrivalled background in digital model-making and graphic design,” said Rob Schwartz, CEO of TBWA\Chiat\Day New York.
