Halo Top Creamery has created an advertising campaign, Ice Cream for Adults, which stars Nick Viall and features four creative spots.

Halo Top Creamery has rolled out its first integrated television advertising campaign for  its American audience. Titled Ice Cream for Adults, the effort was crafted by creative shop, 72andSunny New York, and also includes broadcast, digital, social executions.

Newly launched and running through summer, its focus is the brand’s 280 to 360 calories per pint offerings. Directed by Tim Godsall and produced by Anonymous Content, the core message to escape the stress of grownup responsibilities with a comforting guilt-free treat.

Halo Top Creamery enlisted reality TV personality, Nick Viall, for a cameo in its Love advert. He plays a character who eats ice cream to nurse a broken heart. A four-video series, the narrative is centred around an ice cream truck and quirky life lessons about adulthood.

“We created an ice cream that can be eaten as much as people want. Bringing this concept to life, the campaign demonstrates that we are exactly what adults need: ice cream with around 300 calories per pint,” said Justin Woolverton, Founder of Halo Top Creamery.
