Following its recent CCO appointment of Adam Kahn, Grey Midwest has newly promoted two agency veterans to Group Creative Director.

Grey Midwest has promoted Margaret Russo and Ray Elfers to Group Creative Director. The elevation will see the longtime leaders report to the recently installed Adam Kahn as CCO of the firm. The fresh senior appointments were announced by MD, Tony Desjardins.

Russo has been with the network for more than a decade. In her new role, she will oversee multiple Procter & Gamble brands. Throughout her tenure with the firm, she’s led winning work. The creative veteran is a proponent of workplace equality and female leadership.

Elfers has served with Grey Midwest since 2010. As art director, he has created campaigns across both traditional and non-traditional channels. He most recently lent his creativity to the establishment of the agency’s commerce discipline which combines the science of data with the art of advertising.

“These well-deserved promotions for Margaret and Ray underscore the deep creative bench we possess, with expertise in traditional advertising, digital, data, and commerce, providing the best solutions for our clients,” said Kahn.
