He will lead creativity across all client brands including Heineken, Vodafone, GlaxoSmithKline, Coca-Cola, Philips, Emirates, and more

Geometry Global UK’s newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Juan José, is scheduled to relocate from Columbia where he will join CEO Sarah Todd’s leadership team beginning January 2016. The commission will see him vacate his dual role of ECD Latin America and ECD Colombia to take on the said position.

He transfers to the firm’s UK base following the appointments of Andrew Bell and Martin Smith as Client Partnership Director and Chief Strategy Officer respectively. In the said capacity, José will lead creativity across all clients including Heineken, Vodafone, GlaxoSmithKline, Coca-Cola, Philips, Emirates, Bacardí, and Mondelez.

His effectiveness has been recognised at major award shows like the Cannes’ International Festival of Creativity in 10 different categories. Wins include a Gold Design Lion in 2015 for Priceless Traps and One Show Gold Pencil 2015 for Terribly Delicious; both firsts for Colombia.

Other winning works include the Grand Prix at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, El Sol de San Sebastian, El Dorado, and Antigua festivals. He has landed trophies at D&AD, Clio, Wave, and FIAP. Meanwhile, he is frequently sought as a juror at creative shows; he has judged Brazil´s Wave and New York Festivals, among others.

“Juan is a world class creative innovator because he looks for opportunities inside every brief. His work genuinely touches people, changes behaviour, and solves business problems. We couldn’t be more excited about his arrival and his ability to create pivotal ideas,” said Sarah Todd, CEO of Geometry Global UK.
