A joint venture between the hotel chain and Berjaya Group, the Four Seasons and Private Residences Okinawa will launch in four years.
The latest from the alliance, the upcoming Four Seasons and Private Residences Okinawa captures the joint development between the luxury hotel chain and Berjaya. The project is slated to see completion in four years and cost $400 million (approximately £76 million).
Spanning a hundred acres of beachfront, the property will sit along the landscape’s western coast. Some thirty-one miles northeast of Naha International Airport, easy highway access places it close to tourist attractions. The resort will feature 120 guestrooms and 40 villas.
The plan for the Four Seasons establishment entails the expertise of local architects, Kengo Kuma and Kuniken. The spot will be anchored by a beach club on the east side, where both homeowners and holidaymakers can relish nature’s reward of sun, sea, sand, and shore.
Its layout will grant residents and travellers passage by boot, bicycle, or golf cart. Core amenities include speciality cuisine, an all-day-dining restaurant, and lounge. Patrons will enjoy easy access to its recreational offerings, retail shops, public grounds and gardens.
