In said Essence role, Bullis will head the EMEA market, and grow the network’s existing and new client business across the region.

Essence, a global digital agency under GroupM, has hired Jenny Bullis to serve as Chief Executive Officer of EMEA, a newly created position. In the role, she is to head said market, specifically focussing on growing the network’s existing and new client business across the region.

Experienced in marketing, media, and data teams, she will head the expanding London office. Bullis joins from Omnicom Media Group, where she functions in leadership roles. Most recently, she served as MD of Annalect UK and EMEA, the network’s data, technology, and analytics division.

Additionally, she has held senior roles in the media and marketing industry, including having served as Director of Media at ITV, Head of Marketing and Operations at Sainsbury’s, and Head of Media at BT. The appointment is effective immediately. She reports into Christian Juhl and is based in London.

“There is no better person than Jenny to lead that growth. Jenny has experience leading both brands and agencies, and understands what it takes for clients to be successful in the digital age and we’re excited having her lead Essence’s EMEA team,” said Christian Juhl, CEO of Essence.
