The public relations firm will promote the network’s programming expansion to maximise its value to distributors and viewers
Caribbean Broadcasting Network, an American group which owns and operates five television stations in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, has awarded its public relations business to Bob Gold & Associates, a local boutique cable and telecommunications focused agency.
Helmed by veteran Bob Gold (pictured), the firm will promote the Caribbean Broadcasting Network’s expansion of its offerings to maximise the network’s value to distributors and further its reputation among viewers. The team will focus on establishing the emerging group’s unique programming.
The communications outfit will work to highlight the network’s rapid growth and recent deal in acquiring the exclusive rights to televise new Caribbean programming in the United States. According to Gold, the agency will focus on Caribbean entertainment and culture to achieve the aforementioned goals.
“We have seen Bob Gold & Associates’ proven experience across the industry and are impressed by the agency’s track record of successfully bolstering independent television networks’ visibility and value,” said Keith Bass, President and CEO of Caribbean Broadcasting Network.
