American Express has launched a Gold Card offering targeting small US-based businesses to afford users an enhanced suite of solutions.
American Express has launched its Business Gold Card, a product designed to give small businesses across the United States an enhanced proposition. The card offers access to an improved suite of solutions and comes with a built-in ‘Pay Over Time’ with interest feature.
A complementary tool, it will help decision-makers see heightened success in the running and growing of their businesses. From managing cash flow to unique offers from G Suite by Google Cloud and ZipRecruiter, it will enable users to get the most out of their spending.
Subscribers will increase their membership rewards points by four times across the top-two categories their business spends the most each month—on the first $150,000 per calendar year. Additionally, American Express will award card members a 25 percent airline bonus.
The bonus will be based on airline purchases booked via its Membership Rewards Pay with Points platform through American Express Travel. As an added benefit, customers stand to earn up to 250,000 points back per calendar year with the new card made for businesses.
The six categories that entitle members to the quadruple rewards points allocation include direct airfare purchases; restaurant purchases; ad buys (online, television, and radio); gas station purchases; tech purchases (hardware, software, and cloud solutions); and shipping.
“We understand business owners want a simple way to earn rewards that are customised to the way they do business, and solutions that help them stay productive. This 360 solution allows them to focus on what matters most,” said Courtney Kelso, Head of US Commercial Card Products at American Express.
