The latest full-service hotel to arrive in Seattle is the third and newly opened Hyatt Regency location in the city’s downtown area.

Hyatt Regency has announced the opening of its newest Seattle property. Situated in the heart of the downtown area at 808 Howell Street, the new hospitality destination is within close proximity to some of the top attractions in town including the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden, and Pike Place Market.

The largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest, it features premium meeting and event spaces and joins two other properties by the brand in Seattle. The 45-storey luxury establishment, with 1,260 rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows, delivers a one-stop experience, placing guest convenience right at the fingertips.

Promising a seamless stay, its accommodations entail contemporary bathrooms, 65-inch televisions, and a collection of black-and-white photography shot by six Seattle-based photographers. The compilation of images spotlights the natural beauty of the region, adding to the brand’s rich experiences.

In addition, the swanky spot also caters to the health and wellness needs of patrons with its StayFit facility outfitted with Peloton bikes, Technogym cardio equipment, a vast club lounge with firepits, and a wraparound patio. The space affords guests stellar views of the vibrant downtown cityscape.

Located just two shorts blocks from the Washington State Convention Center and adjacent to The Summit, the planned convention centre expansion building slated to open in 2022, the upscale venue boasts more than 103,000 square feet of event space for conferences, weddings, meetings, and other gatherings.

“No other addition to Seattle’s vastly updated cityscape is more important for Seattle tourism than the visible building right in the middle of town. With the debut of the largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle finally has the meeting space options it needs,” said Tom Wolf, GM of Hyatt Regency Seattle.
