Updates on its loyalty scheme The Original Factory Shop sanctioned its physical Club cardholders to take advantage of the same absolute member price. These Club cards are currently available to TOFS Club App holders.

To allow customers to benefit from Club pricing, primarily those who don’t have smartphone access, has involved reviving the retailer’s physical Club card in stores. Besides, The Original Factory Shop launched its first loyalty TOFS app to attract more customers.

The “TOFS Club+ App” can be scrutinized at checkouts. Its primary purpose is to claim benefits, including exclusive deductions on sorted-out products.

The TOFS Club card and Club+App also offered sole member-only prices and regular opportunities for customers to win prizes across the retailer’s UK stores. And those who join or already have the app can also take advantage of additional rewards as members of TOFS Club+.

Further, at checkouts existing customers can continue to scan their cards to access benefits. The benefits include access to a digital ‘scratch & win’ card every time they shop in a store. Customers have the chance to win £250 to spend on their next visit.

What the Stakeholders Say About TOFS

The Original Factory Shop managing director, Phil Briggs, uttered:  “The app would also be a “vital part of how we communicate with our community”.

“While we already provide big savings on big brands, the launch of TOFS Club+ means we can offer even more savings and discounts to our most loyal customers,” he said.

The Original Factory Shop member pricing delivered through the TOFS App has proven such a success that we wanted to extend these exclusive savings to all our members that don’t have access to a smartphone”.

“A physical Club card offers some of our customers ease, and reintroducing it means that they can be confident that every time they shop with us, they will be rewarded with exclusive member prices, the chance to win great prizes, and more. We want to be here for everyone in our local communities.”
