Oath, a subsidiary of Verizon announces the launch of a global Board of Advisors comprised of some of the most entrepreneurial, talented and socially influential leaders
Serena Williams is the founding Chairwoman of the Oath Board of Advisors and will be joined by founding members Russell Wilson, Tamika Catchings, Ciara, Chuck D, Rickie Fowler, Carla Harris, Karlie Kloss, Joey Logano, Zac Posen, Abby Wambach and Regina Wilson.

Its Board of Advisors are not only leaders in their chosen professions, but have also built enterprises in passion areas of their lives as well as philanthropic foundations. This remarkable group will share their invaluable brand expertise with Oath leadership and have access to the company’s iconic brands, including HuffPost, Yahoo Finance, RYOT, Tumblr, MAKERS, Yahoo Sports and Yahoo Lifestyle, as well as its global user base to build content relevant to their passion issues. In addition, the company’s philanthropic and social impact arm, Oath for Good, will work closely with each Advisor, providing significant financial and volunteer contributions to the cause of their choice. For example, Oath for Good is proud to support The William Sisters Fund in its goal to connect residents affected by violence with service providers at the Yetunde Price Resource Center (YPRC) in Compton, CA, and Carla Harris in her efforts to empower underserved and underrepresented communities through education.
