The 2018 RLX debuts this month, with the launch set on Acura’s new design direction which includes its signature diamond pentagon grille.

Acura has unveiled the 2018 RLX to reflect its new Precision Crafted Performance design direction which is aimed at achieving a greater presence for the marque’s top-of-the-line luxury sports sedan. The variant makes its public debut during the Monterey Automotive Week this month.

The freshly updated Acura incorporates cues that showcase its performance capabilities, including the brand’s signature diamond pentagon grille, a more sculpted hood, re-imagined wheel layout, newly designed LED taillights, dual exhaust finishers, and a gloss black rear diffuser.

Boasting Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive technology, the ride offers a powerful and precise driving experience that remains unmatched in its segment. The carmaker has simplified its RLX trim structure to render the Sport Hybrid offering both more desirable and accessible.

Going on sale in November, the car is complemented by three exterior colours, including two premium paint choices—Brilliant Red Metallic and Majestic Black Pearl. Inside, it has received upgrades such as a redesigned seat with high-contrast piping and stitching and an Espresso interior option.
