“Klarn is an innovative leader who understands the future of this business. His leadership will expedite the integration of MNI into the company’s Local Media Group, and provide the opportunity to expand the digital reach of our 17 local television stations,” said McCreery.

I am looking forward to joining this team that is committed to success in 40 markets across the country,” said DePalma.

The company’s Local Media Group includes 17 television stations reaching 11% of US households. Its stations produce approximately 700 hours of local news and entertainment content each week, and operate leading local digital destinations.

The company today is committed to using multiple distribution platforms — including broadcast television, print, digital, mobile and video — to provide consumers with content they desire and to deliver the messages of its advertising and marketing partners.
